Mike Wolfe has invested a good chunk of money into real estate.

While some antique stores across the States are struggling, Mike’s two antique shops are thriving.

The estimated annual sales in 2023 were reportedly $903,000, according to Experian’s Business Valuation Report, per The Sun. Their business credit score was listed as “low risk,” which means that there is a “good probability of on-time payment,” according to the report.” In addition to the antique shops, Mike owns 13 other properties.

Exposure from the show has no doubt contributed to the success of the business. However, the finances may not always be stable. Customers have openly complained about how expensive some of the items are.

“If you're interested in buying a piece there's not a huge variety of items to choose from,” a customer wrote in a Google review for the Nashville location. “Lots of merch from Antique Archeology though. Everything is overpriced. Everything.”

“Nice place to visit. Plenty to do and see. Prices are a little high. But you can find items that you cannot find anywhere else,” another wrote.

The Sun obtained photos of some pricy items at the Nashville location. In one picture, “Gone pickin’” socks were available for $18. In another photo, the store was asking $900 for a vintage cat food sign.

Although Mike’s net worth is impressive, it’s worth noting that he was ordered to pay his ex-wife, Jodi, over $6 million in their divorce settlement.
